We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
CIRCULATION MANAGER
LENSER is a consulting firm that provides sophisticated catalog consulting, circulation management and list services to a broad range of clients in the direct mail industry. We are looking for a Circulation Manager who will plan and execute circulation plans for multiple catalog titles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee circulation planning and execution for multiple direct mail clients
- Circulation and test analysis, planning and execution
- Responsible for customer file growth and profitability
- Manage house file and outside lists, communicate with outside vendors
- Responsible for merge/purge and circulation decisions and execution
- Sales forecasting and analysis
- Develop circulation and testing strategies and new circulation programs
- Manage profitability of mailed and non-mailed circulation
- Analyze and report segment performance and trends to senior direct mail clients
- Maintain relationships with various vendors including Abacus, NextAction and various other related vendors
- Review and analyze all segment forecasts by book
- Review and make recommendations on all housefile segmentation results, rental results and testing
- Compile and maintain all historical results on any contact testing strategies, model development tests and stream tests
- Present analyses to other members of marketing team, and other departments as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Direct marketing experience is a must
- Previous merge/purge and list circulation experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Organized, attention to detail, analytical skills a must
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication Skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, self-motivated, able to thrive in a high-intensity environment
