Melissa joined LENSER in February 2006, and brings extensive merge-purge experience from her 8 years with Triplex Direct Marketing Corp. During her time at Triplex, Melissa performed as a Merge-Purge Supervisor, working on the most difficult accounts the company managed. She directed the technical merge-purge processes of large clients such as Dover Saddlery and Restoration Hardware and was the key person in developing and implementing processes for new clients. Melissa was involved in accommodating any new or unusual client merge-purge requests and assisted in the creation, testing and training of new programs and processes including helping in the creation of marketing reports by channel, product, source or geographic region. She developed Lifetime Value (LTV) analyses from customer databases, as well as provided Chronic Non-Responder (CNR) analyses. Melissa has earned the reputation of providing exceptional attention to detail, as well as providing superior quality control. LENSER is fortunate to count Melissa as part of our team.
Melissa is continuing her education specializing in Micro Programming. She is an avid reader, who also enjoys photography, transferring and editing analog to digital format, and building and upgrading computer systems.
