Pam Grant
Controller
Pam Grant was born and raised in glamorous Southern California, but please don’t hold that against her. Leaving the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, she headed north to attend UC Berkeley. After graduating from the HAAS Business School, Pam began her public accounting career with Deloitte and Touche in the tax department. She then took on the role of auditor and interim controller for local boutique CPA firms in San Francisco where she received her license as a Certified Public Accountant. Before coming to LENSER Pam was the Business Manager for a prominent non-profit organization.
With over 10 years combined public and private industry experience, Pam brings a warm management style to the finance department along with strong analytical skills and system controls. She provides integrity in the numbers and foresight to the financial needs of LENSER and their clients.
Pam and her family live and play in Marin County. Her son Alex is in middle school, is a goalie on a regional soccer team, and has been on the Giants Little League team for three years in a row – what luck! He constantly teaches Pam that if she doesn’t keep up with his school assignments, she soon will not be smarter than a fifth grader.
