Otis MaxwellAs LENSER Director of Creative Services, Otis Maxwell is responsible for the smooth execution of creative projects. He works with Creative Partner Carol Worthington-Levy in the planning process and then coordinates the efforts of creative resources. Otis has also worked as copywriter on many LENSER projects and he continues to put on that hat from time to time.

With more than 20 years direct marketing experience, Otis has created controls for many of America's leading direct marketers including Phillips Publishing, Travelers Insurance, CitiFinancial, Geneva Companies, Isuzu and The Salvation Army. He has written catalog and mail order copy for such retailers as Harry & David, Neiman-Marcus, Liberty Orchards and Highlander and was instrumental in setting up automated customer correspondence systems for the catalog operations at Bear Creek and Neiman-Marcus.

Otis has won a Gold Echo, Gold Caples and Catalog of the Year finalist award for his catalog work. He teaches the DMA's intensive two-day copywriting course at UCLA, San Jose and Seattle. A native of Texas, Otis enjoys cooking and has been known to barbecue a brisket in his back yard smoker.
